He gave me the correct URL and then it finally worked. They had a major update and the update basically had a huge bug where it would not redirect some customers to the correct URL for the approval process. I called that one and the guy working there knew immediately what was going on. So I wrote them on Twitter and they gave me another phone number. Of course, a week later, I still didn't hear from anyone. So, they then opened a ticket for me (**) and told me that the tech guys will reach out to me in about 3-5 business days. ![]() I urged them to push this to the next escalation level since I've already been on the phone for about 2 hours. Here they walked me through all the standard steps again (cookies, cache, etc.) but of course that didn't help since I already did that. ![]() After talking to them for a while they said that they couldn't help me and then I got transferred to another support. They forwarded me to the H&R customer support. ![]() |
